Richard Ockers, Engineer & Permitting Manager
Richard is a licensed NC Building Contractor. He graduated with honors from the McKelvey School of Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL). He also has an MBA in Entrepreneurship from WUSTL Olin Business School on a full scholarship. Richard loves living in Mooresville with his wife, Gina, and their labradoodle, Holly. When not working, he enjoys building high performance cars, and practicing his fine woodworking skills.
